Baystate tent and party are looking for office help during our busy rental season. Training will be provided. Must be reliable with a strong work ethic. We are a small business that depends on our employees to be on time and at work when scheduled.

Job functions:

  • Answers inbound customer calls, calls must be handled in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Demonstrates full understanding products to communicate them clearly to customers at every sales opportunity.
  • Provides quality customer service over the phone, including information regarding products, and services
  • Recommend products and help customers with their needs
  • Assist with placement of orders
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
  • Schedule customer deliveries
  • Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempts to resolve
