Delivery areas
Baystate Tent services is located in Tewksbury and we are proud to service events throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhone Island, Maine, and Vermont. The highlighted areas on the map below fall under our Standard Delivery pricing and have an order minimum. If you are outside of these areas please call 978-851-2002 for a quote.
All orders must reach an order minimum before the delivery fee is added to qualify for delivery. If your order does not reach the order minimum we can either:
- Surcharge the order
- Add more rental items to reach the minimum
- Choose a customer pick-up option at our warehouse in Tewksbury at no additional charge
Delivery zones
Generally, we separate the below areas into radius zones with minimums to qualify for delivery.
(Don’t forget – customer pickup is always an option!)
- Blue Area: $200 order minimum
- Dark Orange Area: $500 order minimum
- Yellow Area: $500-$750 order minimum
- Gray Area: Call for a quote
