Emily & Wilson’s Backyard Tented Wedding
Emily and Wilson hosted their backyard tented wedding at home, turning a familiar space into something that felt elevated but still relaxed. The design was simple and intentional, with two tents creating two distinct moments of the night.
Dinner was held under a sailcloth tent. Soft light, long tables, and an easy flow set the tone early on. As the night went on, guests moved into a clear top tent for dancing and drinks. This is where the disco ball inspired wedding details came in, adding energy without overpowering the space.
The clear top allowed lighting and reflections to take over after sunset, while the disco balls brought a subtle nod to fun and movement. It felt like a natural transition, not a room flip.
This New England backyard wedding is a great example of how thoughtful tent choices can shape the entire experience—from dinner to the dance floor.
