Megan & David’s Disco May Tented Wedding
Megan and David’s disco themed tented wedding was colorful, warm, and full of personality. Their day mixed disco-ball sparkle with earthy, whimsical details—fun, bright, and completely true to who they are. The setting, the energy, and the people around them made the celebration feel effortless and joyful from start to finish.
Event Details
Their reception took place under a 44×123 sailcloth tent with bistro lighting, clear sidewalls, and heaters as temperatures cooled. The ceremony took place on the family’s property with guests seated in classic white garden chairs, creating a simple and relaxed outdoor setting that fit the day perfectly. Guests sat in white-wash crossback chairs around 72” round tables dressed in white polyester linens, with a cozy sweetheart table for the couple. A 20×28 cherry wood dancefloor served as the center of the celebration, shining beneath the lights and a rustic wood bar completed the look with a warm, natural touch.
A separate 30×45 canopy tent created a cocktail space with high-boy tables and white linens, giving guests a place to mingle before entering the sailcloth tent.

Samantha has been an integral member of the Baystate Tent team since 2016, combining a lifelong passion for event design with a deep understanding of logistics and client care. Earning her Wedding Planning Certificate from the University of New Hampshire, she brings both creative vision and meticulous attention to detail to every celebration. Samantha excels at orchestrating seamless events, ensuring that each couple’s vision is brought to life with precision and elegance. Outside of work, Samantha is a certified yoga teacher who offers calming bridal yoga sessions, helping couples start their big day with balance and mindfulness. A true lake girl, Samantha spends her downtime soaking up sunshine by the water with her black lab, Frankie, with a good romance novel in hand.
