BAMS Fest at Franklin Park
BAMS Fest (Boston Art & Music Soul Festival) brings together music, culture, art, and community every summer at Franklin Park’s Playstead Field. Baystate Tent has partnered with the festival for years, helping transform the park into a space where thousands gather to celebrate Black and Brown artistry. It’s a festival built on purpose, creativity, and connection — and we’re always proud to support it.
Event Details
For this year’s festival, we provided a range of canopy tents to support the musical performances, vendors, and guest zones. Large canopy tents created shade and structure throughout the park, while smaller tents supported artists, local businesses, and community organizations.
Our team worked closely with M&M Elite Events and the BAMS Fest production team to ensure setup and flow matched the festival’s needs. Everything was captured beautifully by K Barber Photography, who documented the energy and vibrancy of the weekend.
BAMS Fest always brings a unique mix of culture, live music, family-friendly activities, and small business support. Walking through the park, you hear everything from soul to hip-hop to R&B, see local artists and performers, and feel a true sense of community. The tents help create shaded rest areas, curated vendor rows, and key festival zones so guests can enjoy the day comfortably.
