Looking Back at the Year

As we get to the end of December, it’s natural to look back at everything the year held — the busy months, the late nights setting up events, the early morning deliveries, the beautiful weddings, the corporate events, the backyard parties, the winter installs, the tents covered in string lights, and the calls we took from clients planning something meaningful.

We spend so much of our time behind-the-scenes, building structures that become the backdrop to life’s biggest moments. We see the quiet parts most people don’t: the empty yard before it becomes a wedding, the blank driveway before it becomes a cocktail party, the calm before the crowd arrives.

And we never take that for granted.

This year, we had the honor of being part of first birthdays, milestone anniversaries, graduations, engagement parties, winter festivals, weddings, fundraisers, and holiday gatherings. These are the moments that build the year, both for us and for the people we serve.

So as Christmas approaches, we’re thinking about all of those moments — and feeling grateful that we got to be part of them.
