As of October 2025, Baystate Tent & Party has proudly partnered with Stonehouse on the Hill as their exclusive provider of tent, table, chair, and dancefloor rentals. While the partnership is still relatively new, we’ve absolutely loved working alongside their team and watching this incredible property shine.

One of my favorite things about Stonehouse on the Hill is that it feels like a destination wedding venue without actually requiring your guests to travel across the country.

Located just outside Worcester, the property strikes a balance that’s surprisingly difficult to find. It’s close enough to major highways, hotels, and airports to be convenient for guests, but once you arrive, it feels completely removed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The property is private, peaceful, and incredibly romantic.

The stone house itself immediately sets the tone. It’s elegant without feeling stuffy, grand without feeling overwhelming, and has the kind of timeless character that simply can’t be replicated. For couples who love the romantic garden-party feel of the property, our Sailcloth Tents are a natural fit. The wood poles, flowing peaks, and warm glow complement the estate beautifully and enhance the venue’s already elegant atmosphere.
